This week is a super busy week for me because I’m “traveling for work.” I use quotations because even though I’m staying at a hotel, I’m really only 25 minutes away from home. But I’m working early hours (today we started at 6.45 a.m.) and working all day. Since I’ll have early days and long nights, I won’t be able to do my morning run or Zumba in the evenings, I did bring workout clothes to the hotel, so the PLAN is to work out 2-3 times while I’m here. I know it will be a struggle because after a long day of running around the hotel all day, I just want to put my feet up and relax. But I’m going to make a strong effort to make it down to the hotel gym. I think I will leave my workout clothes out on my bed so that they are visible. That way when I get back to my room this evening, I’ll remember what I need to do.
