Sunday night I typed up a post for Motivation Monday and decided to not finalize it until Monday morning. However when Monday morning came, I had an early morning meeting. I wasn’t feeling good, but made it through the meeting. By early afternoon I knew I had to go home. I spent the rest of the day in bed and the motivation post never got posted. So I figured since it was HUMP DAY, we could all use a little mid-week motivation.
This past weekend I was going through my old blog posts from 4 years ago and found some really great motivational quotes that I wanted to re-share. Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about the ways I can diversify my income. I don’t want to be rich, but I would love to have enough money that allows me more freedom and the ability to travel. So I’ve been brainstorming and trying to figure out ways that I can turn my passions into a little income. You guys know I’m a planner-by-nature and I’m all about lists and organization. I’m working on some printables that I’ll be sharing soon. So what are your passions? What motivates you?
I firmly believe that in order to accomplish great things, you have to step outside of your comfort zone. At times, I’ll admit that it’s even hard for me. But then there’s those other times where the risk and the adventure excites me. So take risk! Go down the path less traveled. Be bold.
Now if you’re a frequent reader around here, then you know I hate the word FAILURE. So I love this thought about failures being experiences. Rather than be hard on ourselves or get down about something that didn’t work out like we thought it would, use the experience as a lesson.
And as always…
