It’s Memorial Day which means no work, so I really wanted to sleep-in today, but my allergies were not having that. Woke me up out of my sleep early this morning. BLOWN!
I was even going to take the day off from working out today and then I saw this on my Instagram timeline. MOTIVATION!
My goal last week was to work out 5 times and I only did 3. So this week I’m gonna try for at least 4 times and try to do two-a-days. I’m trying to do an abs, butt, thighs or arm workout in the morning and cardio in the evenings. Summer is 24 days away! Whose with me?
