I had a great weekend and some exciting news to share tomorrow, so make sure you come back tomorrow for my big announcement.
Last week, I sorted slacked off on the exercise. Well maybe not slacked off, but I didn’t go as hard as I wanted to. Definitely didn’t get my two-a-days done like I wanted. This morning, I started my training for a 5K, but I also plan to keep up with my cardio in the evenings.
