I’ve haven’t been able to sleep lately. I find myself on Instagram late night refreshing my account constantly for updates. Then I go on Twitter and check my timeline and I always seem to end up on Pinterest. I’m addicted to Pinterest. I find so many great recipes and ideas on the site, so I decided to share some of my favorites with you every week.
I’ve been seeing a lot of recipes for overnight oatmeal, but something about cold oatmeal just doesn’t seem right. And then I saw this recipe for Overnight Oatmeal and it piqued my interest. Will definitely be trying this in the near future.
Since I’m still on this 21 Day Detox and I’m STILL craving sugar, I’m looking for naturally sweet foods to eat. (Gotta get my sugar someway) I came across this recipe for Sweet Potato Oatmeal Casserole. I made it last night and will be eating it today. It looks really good, so I can’t wait to eat this for breakfast the next few days.
So I’ve only had bread pudding once and I wasn’t wowed by it. BUT this Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding Casserole sounds delish!
I need a Mandolin like yesterday. I saw this yummy recipe for Eggplant Rollatini with Spinach and immediately went online to find one. I have to try this recipe.
I love pasta. We all know this. And when you add bacon to it, I’m all in. So this Bacon Asparagus Pasta will definitely be made in my house soon.
