Better late than never!
June is a big month for fitness challenges. I was really gung ho about doing all the challenges. I started walking in the mornings before work for about 40 minutes and then coming home after work and doing another 35-40 minutes of cardio.
I am determined to keep up with this squat challenge. I’m still seeking the perfect cuff. I see it forming and I’m so excited. #dontjudgeme Every woman wants a cuff. More info on the Squat Challenge can be found on the Somastruct website.
