My goal this week is to start back with my 5K training and run Tuesday-Friday (cross your fingers and pray for me). Most days, my body has been waking up early enough to run, but I just can’t manage to get out of bed. I need someone to physically push me out. So I’m not quitting. Not yet anyways. LOL
This time last week, I was home sick with a scratched cornea. Hence, no Monday Motivation post. Only I would find a way to scratch my cornea twice in 3 months. Since I was injured last week, I didn’t run at ALL. I’ve totally been slacking on my 5K training. But I did manage to do 2 hours of Zumba twice last week, one hour of toning and then another hour of regular Zumba. I burned 1000 calories with 2 classes. I think I’m going to try to make that part of the weekly routine now. Mondays and Wednesdays will be 2 hours of Zumba.
